After the underground utility is picked, the primitive stress state of equilibrium would be destroyed, caused the rock layer to have the migration, the distortion and the destruction. After the mining area achieved the certain scope, nearby the outset mining scope, migration will expand the surface, will cause the surface to sink, form the certain scope in the surface to sink the area (form "marsh land" obviously in plain area), this kind will sink the area popular name to collapse the occupied region, general saying " sinking basin". In this process, the rock layer and the surface has the continual migration, the distortion and the non- continual destruction(dehiscence, fall and so on) this kind of phenomenon to be called " subsidence of mining".At present, subsidence of the ground caused by mining coal which creates to become the coal mine harm degree to be biggest, the duration longest one kind of engineering geology disaster, has had the serious influence to social stability and the natural environment. Especially after multi-coal mining, the subsidence of the ground complexity could not the forecast. It is very difficulty to appraise this geological disaster in the theory and the technology.This thesis discussed submergence of ground which multi-coal beds, the application degree, curvature degree, on the mining area geology condition the background. Simultaneously (FLAC) Value simulation used to the region which studied to simulate its surface distortion and the surface subsidence question, conducted the contrast research to two methods, obtained crag earth Value simulation FLAC to estimate subsidence of the ground and the surface migration have the superiority compared to the probability integration. Value simulation is able reasonably to simulate subsidence of the ground and surface migration, then subsidence of the ground which created to multi-coal beds mining has carried on the evaluation according to the computed result to the building and the engineering construction influence.
