The Huainan and Huaibei mining area is one of the six major coal production bases in our country, located in the middle of the huai he, with a 14-billion-ton coal, high population, development of major grain producing and fragile ecological environment. In this mining area, with high groundwater level, coal seam group mining, superposition of sedimentation, long steady heavy cycle etc. there has already formed the subsidence area. Subsidence caused by farmland ecological disruptive changes in large area, services of the formation of water-land ecosystem is low, both of the problems lead to the deterioration of the ecological environment, social problems standing out.there needs to be developed key technologies which suitable for the special condition of the subsidence area to adapt to ecological environment comprehensive treatment and resource utilization, thus promoting regional economic and social development and ecological civilization construction.This paper, based on experience and related study at home and abroad, studying the above problem on repeated mining surface subsidence evolution,revealing the surface ecosystem evolution rule of the subsidence area; developing software on multiple coal seams repeated mining surface subsidence prediction and subsidence area geological environment disaster monitoring and early warning, putting forward the subsidence area under high groundwater level governance mode, forming a technology system that suitable for the high groundwater level, repeated mining of multiple coal seams in the eastern part of our country, superposition of sedimentation characteristics of coal mining subsidence area ecological environment comprehensive treatment.The main work is as follows:(1) Collecting the mining geological and mining conditions and high groundwater level electing strata rock on 11418 working face in the sheet sets coal mine, and testing and analysis rock mechanics performance;(2) Based on the basis of test results, establish the engineering geological model and go on the similar material simulation experiment;(3) Setting up movement observation stations over the sheet sets coal mine 11418 face surface; conducting a theoretical analysis about main controlling factors of superposition of repeated mining subsidence coal mining subsidence area;(4) Developing out subsidence prediction software under the condition of repeating mining surface, the dynamic evolution perfects the coal seam repeated mining surface subsidence prediction model well, with its consequence comparing with the results early mining;(5) For the problem of utilization of land resources, under unsteady repeated mining surface, putting forward the comprehensive subsidence area management model.Thesis that this research has achieved are as follows:(1) For high groundwater level, the sedimentation characteristics of coal seam repeated mining group, analyzing the main controlling factors that influence coal mining subsidence area, perfecting the coal seam repeated mining surface subsidence prediction model well;(2) Under the predicted engineering background,strata moving boundary curve is different to the conventional linear near the "S" type curve; The characteristics of surface deformation such as the subsidence coefficient and large movement range, long duration and so on.At the same time affected by the high groundwater level, the beginning mining subsidence coefficient is greater than 1, but for repeated mining whose value decreases under the power exponential function relationship, finally tends to be stable, and the stable value is about 0.9;(3) Introducing monitoring method :the integrated radar interference and high spectrum remote sensing technology into the mining surface for subsidence monitoring, construction of coal mining subsidence area geological disaster monitoring and early warning system for ecological environment, realizing the ground subsidence, water environment monitoring and early warning and other large space data information and basic geological ecological environment information integration; sharing integration and comprehensive analysis, and other functions.(4) Subsidence prediction model proposed for multiple coal seam repeated mining surface, formed the high groundwater level, various coal seams for subsidence of coal mining subsidence area, repeated mining and prediction, early warning, management, utilization of "four one" management model...
