Combining the theory with experiment, this paper analyzes and studies the main reasons that effect the machining precision of the circle part and crucial techniques. According to improving the technology of the fiftieth and sixtieth working procedure, it establishes the reasonable project of NC machining technology and simulates all machining with UG software. Combining the information with experiments, it decides that the machine tool error, the tool wear, the workpiece elastic deformation error are main reasons which effect the circle part machining precision and analyzes them in turn. Analyzing the machine tool error, it decides that the feeding transmission rig error is main reason and measures the error with the iterative milling groove experiment. And then, it studies the tool wear, monitors the tool wear with the acoustic emission, chooses the wavelet algorithm of shifting-frequency to extract the features of AE signals and establishes the tool wear monitoring-predicted-model with the BP net. At last, with the practice, it analyzes the workpiece elastic deformation error, calculates the milling force and clamping force by using the experiential formula and gets the deformation with the analysis of ANSYS software and finite element method. Based on the analysis and investigation of main reasons of the machining precision, it presents the collectivity project, uses it in practice and has better results.Combining the milling time with the features of AE signals, the thesis originates the BP net and monitors the tool-radius-wear. The exactitude rate of model is reached to 96.2%. On the basis of the analysis that effects the main reasons of the machining precision, it presents the new method of NC machining error compensation to satisfy the machining precision for the first time.The paper solves the question of aerial factory circle part of NC machining precision, saves the costs and improves products quality and efficiency. The fruit plays an important part in machine tool error compensation, monitoring the tool wear online and automatic manufacture.
