Our country has abundant heavy oil resource, because of the high viscosity and the big flow resistance in reservoir and well bore, thermal recovery by injecting steam is a valid method now to develop them. Steam drive is the main stage of thermal recovery, and it can enhance about 20 to 30 percent of recovery for heavy oil reservoir more than the huff and puff. Heat will be lost and the effect of steam drive will be decreased during the inject process of steam with high temperature and high pressure through surface line and well bore, at that time the parameters of steam can be changed. In order to know the change rule of steam parameters and the situation of heat loss clearly, so we can forecast the effect of steam drive and optimize the parameters of injected steam quickly. The below works were did in this paper.Firstly, the influence of different steam injected parameters for flushing efficiency about steam drive by experiment of steam drive is carried out in this paper. Based on the investigation of data about heavy oil development by steam drive, the surface line and well bore are considered together. Heat loss model of surface line and well bore has been established using transient heat transfer principle, the formulation of each parameter during the process of steam injection has been given, and numerical calculation method has been used to compute this model. Considered the lapout of steam drive, a suit of steam drive analytical model has been established, and finally the computer program has been programmed in this paper.Combined with the data of Qi 40 steam drive pilot section of Liaohe Oilfield, the calculate model has been checked out using the program. Then the influence of every steam injected parameter to the heat loss of surface line has been calculated and analyzed, and the receptance and the influence to the heat loss in well bore of the steam injected parameters have been analyzed. The change of physical property of steam in the whole process of steam injection has been calculated through the coupling between surface line and well bore. The data of 10-29 well group of Qi40 section have been calculated using the program, and the steam injected parameters of boiler exit have been optimized.
