Steam flooding is a special phenomenon which is formed interference during the progress of steam injection development in heavy oil reservoir.It is also one of main contradiction of restricting promoting the heavy oil's recovery ratio.When the steam flooding happened,it needed to close most of injection wells as that the continuous heat loss lead to the heat's use ratio reduction.This situation not only cause the production of the block fluctuated,and also affect the production rate.In this paper,research on the steam flooding transfusion mechanism of steam drive reservoir & the research and evaluation of steam flooding controlling Chemical Agent on the basis of fully investigating resolve steam flooding problems at home and abroad.Through the study,it is found that during the development of heavy oil steam stimulation or steam drive,the steam channeling will cause great damage to the normal production of the oil field.The most serious hazard is manifested in the use of unevenness in the longitudinal or flat surface of the reservoir.Uniaxial protrusion and severe uniform heating caused by the small fluctuations in the volume and low thermal efficiency and other issues.The effect of reservoir heterogeneity,crude oil viscosity and steam injection rate on steam channeling was studied by double-tube parallel one-dimensional displacement experiment.The experimental results show that the ratio of total liquid production and the ratio of permeability And the velocity of steam in the hypertonic and low permeability directions increases abruptly with the increase of the permeability difference.The ratio of the total liquid production of the high and low seepage fillers will vary with the viscosity of the crude oil Increase and increase,but the growth rate is not very large;the situation shows that the greater the viscosity of the more prone to steam flooding channeling;high and low permeability fill sand core of the total liquid production ratio in the larger injection volume Under the conditions of a downward trend.The optimum formulation of Humic Acid High Temperature Water Blocking Agent was:humic acid(9% by mass),formaldehyde(mass fraction 1.5%),resorcinol(2.0% by mass),the optimum p H The value is 7 ~ 9.Nitrification of humic acid can be resistant to more than290 ? high temperature,fully meet the steam flood control steam channel temperature requirements.Humic acid sodium blocking agent on the different permeability of the core have a good blocking effect,blocking rate of 95%,and has a large block the characteristics of blocking.
