This paper discussed the synthesis conditions of the organic aluminum, organic chromium, water-soluble phenolic resins crosslinker. It researched different synthesis conditions for gels, analysed different factors that effected the gel performance, such as: system component, the pH value, salinity. It researched the problem of proportion and synthesis conditions for the complex cross-linking systems. Finally, it inquired into the mechanism of kinetic for the different gels system.In synthesis of cross-linking agents,the best ratio of organic aluminum crosslinker is that aluminum ion: Lactate acid: citrate acid=1:1:0.3 (mol), the best ratio of organic chromium crosslinker is that chromium ion: lactate acid= 1:3. Water-soluble phenolic resin crosslinking agent synthesized by the two alkali catalytic synthesis, the best ratio of phenol: formaldehyde=1:2.5.In Al3+/HPAM gel system , best ratio of system components be used: polymers 2000mg/L, crosslinking agent 100mg/L, pH 7. In Cr3+/HPAM gel system, best ratio of system components be used: polymers 3000mg/L, crosslinking agent 200mg/L, releasing agent oxalic acid 30mg/L, pH range 5~9. In aqueous phenolic resin crosslinking agent/HPAM gel system, best ratio of components be used: 3000mg/L polymers, crosslinker 500mg/L, it can be obtained better results under alkaline conditions.Gels performance is improved significantly for aqueous phenolic resin - aluminum composite a complex crosslinked gel system. The better of its ratio used: polymer 2000mg/L, the crosslinker 300mg/L, organic aluminum - water-soluble phenolic resin in components crosslinking agent ratio 3:2. organic aluminum -organic chromium compounds for the crosslinking agent, the gel will significantly broaden the scope of application of pH. It can be used under the conditions of pH 4-9, crosslinker 200mg/L, polymer 2000mg/L. organic aluminum and organic chromium crosslinker ratio 3:2.With the increase in polymer concentration, gelling time Shortened, the gel strength increased. As the crosslinker concentration increase system speed gel, gel strength, But generally lead to excessive crosslinking agent system is unstable and easily dehydration. Crosslinking system were different for the different pH value.Using binary complexes Al3+-chromeazurol S Photometry to determinated the reaction of aluminum content, it can be certified that the reaction of organic Al and polymer gel system is level; Useing of polymer viscosity to organic chromium and the apparent formation of crosslinked gel kinetic equation rη=K[HPAM]0.64[M]1.20; Determination of the viscosity of water-soluble phenolic resin and polymer cross-linking reaction zero level reaction system.
