Having been empoldered since 1972, South of Xing Shugang oil field is in a period of high water now, of which water ratio is up to 89.75%. The intensity of water driving has been very high, and the recovery ratio is up to 37.18%. The fifth oil recovery plant has done some experiments of improving the recovery ratio of polymer flooding 13th zone of Xing Shugang oil field and mine scene tests of polymer flooding at a close distance between wells in Pu I3 from 10-12th zone of Xing Shugang oil field, according to the result, we know the penetrating ratio,the distribution of residual oil,oil saturation is different awfully in the same block from well to well, polymer infusing in the well zone having high penetrating ratrio and low oil saturation is useless, which result in a bad effect wholely. Thus, it is very significative that research traditional profile control agents fitting for such zone or that have similar reservoir conditions and the performance,oil displacing result of new profile control agent.In this paper, from the geological features and characteristics of development 13th zone of Xing Shugang oil field, aiming at actual leading contradiction, carry out static experimental evaluation of indoor with profile control agent, evaluating the performance of anti-salt,anti- temperature,anti-shearing, the competence of injecting,plugging,oil recovering about composite ion-modifying agent,chromium ion-modifying agent,CDG with high concentration and controllable nano-particle system respectively. Focusing on the experiments of observing the nano-controlled partical by transmission electron microscopy, of evaluating the performance of core flowing, of simulating flooding by indoor physical method, of evaluating emulsifying performance and the determination of corrosion rate, establish a set of experimental methods of evaluating nano-controlled partical, give all kinds of applied parameters of nano-controlled partical, clarify its mechanism of profile controling- gradually profile controlling. The changing area of penetrating ratio for nano-controlled partical is determined from the experiments of observing the nano-controlled partical by transmission electron microscopy. The result shows that nano-controlled partical is a kind of new profile with high efficiency and benefits for enviorment, it has no requires on the temperature of lease water and salinity, apply to all types of reservoir developping by water. Initial micro-size materials with solid partical can guarantee the access into the deep strata easily along the water seepage, swelled encounting water so that plug the hole jets, and enable the expansion of volume affected by water; When the flow of water changed and connected, the press near the hole jets declines, then achieve pore plugging on the next level, owing to which implement the profile control step by step by the called process"plugging-breaking-replugging".The research in the paper provides theory guideline and technical support for selecting profile-control agent aimingly and it is meaningful to improve a further EOR for Xingshugang Oilfield.
