In recent years, thinking of working safe, 20# steel is applied to significant construction project in the homeland more and more, especially to burying field facilities, therefore, The study on 20# steel's corroding law and forecasts has very strong theory significance and gigantic realistic value. But the sorts of describing soil corrosivity factor is excessively numerous, the reported information is repeated again and again, and the indoor simulation is hard to be done, these leads to it is very difficult to sum up the metal's corrosion laws in soil effectively. The author carried out investigation and logic analysis based on large amount of field survey to the 26 kinds soil environmental factor which is listed in the book——《the experimental rules of material soil corrosion in the outdoor science experiment website about country material environment corrosion》.Through investigation analysis, 6 kinds of the environment corrosion factors are removed; through logic analysis, 11 kinds of "one-level factor" which decide other environment corrosion factors directly and haven't repeat information are chosen. And then, through the experiment on choosing key factors, 4 kind key factors are chosen at last to build indoor experiment model with the"time"factor. Based on the model, The indoor simulation orthogonality experiment and the electrochemistry experiment are carried out, so that 20# steel corrosion law can be systematically summed up. Through training and simulating the data came from the indoor simulation orthogonally experiment and the field survey, the web model based on Matlab language to forecast 20# steel's corrosion behavior in Daqing oil field is built.
