Linerα-olefin(LAO) is a very important raw material and has wide use in many fields. There are many production methods in which the ethylene oligomerizations method is the most important way to produce LAO, and its production account 94.1% of the gross. There is no application of ethylene oligomerization in our country, so comonomers such as 1-butylene,1-hexene, 1-octylene and 1-decene almost completely depend on importing. Because these importation is very expensive and most industries couldn't sustain, the development of the catalyst and techniques of synthesis LAO by ethylene oligomerization with patented right seems especially important and urgent.Starting with analyzing of the mechanism of oligomerization reaction,and encircle the selection of transition metal and ligands, this thesis has designed and synthesized three ligands and six catalysts, we confirmed the reaction conditions, the best ligand substituent and gained some law of ethylene oligomerization affected by same period or same group transition metals with comparing different transition metal catalysis capability.We can got conclusion: The capability of M/PNP/MAO catalyst system get the climax in: pre-mix time is 3 min, concentration of metal ion is 0.192mmol/L, reaction time is 30 min, speed of mechanical stir is 800 rpm. The catalytic activity of Ti catalyst is up to 1.82×10~5g/(molTi·h), the catalytic activity of Cr catalyst is up to 1.49×10~6 g/(molCr·h) ,the catalytic activity of Ni catalyst is up to 1.01×10~5g/(molNi·h) and the catalytic activity of Pd catalyst is up to 0.27×10~5g/(molPd·h )when press is 1MPa.The affection of ligand substituent to catalyst activity is:phenyl>cyclopentyl >isopropyl. The affection of center metal kind to catalyst activity is: Cr>Ti>Ni>Pd.
