Take the beam pumping unit and sucker rod as a research object.Based on the mechanical characteristics of beam pumping unit, considering geometrical dimension,quality and connecting way of double cranks, multi balance block , double connecting rods etc. Using the I-DEAS software to establish 3D entity mechanism's dynamics model of CYJ10-3-53 HB,and partition the sucker rod as quality,spring coil and damping system model,make the beam pumping unit and sucker rod as a entirety to analyse. Getting the dynamical parameter of the beam pumping unit by simulation calculation,and it is available comparing with the classical algorithms ,and the error is mostly under 5%,the most error is 6.7%. Being on these grounds put forward the technique of torque method to adjust equilibrium. Considering different dynamometer card for some time,carrying on the dynamics analysis after weighted average,then getting the adjustment scheme by programming calculation.Through application of three well, the adjusting equilibrium technique basing on simulation comparing with current method, the error is under 5.5%,solve the problem of false equilibrium. Providing the adjusting equilibrium technique of considering the dynamometer card at every moment for beam pumping unit. Research on the mechanical characteristics of the beam pumping unit, put forward the diagnostic technique of crank speed basing on dynamics analysis of the beam pumping unit. The technique solve the uncertainty of 3D model, transform the dynamometer card and get the parameter of motion of crank by caculating as to carry on diagnosis, judging the abnormal conditions of the beam pumping unit,the calculation results of rotation speed of crank prove the crank speed is fluctuant. Research on the sucker rod, using the finite element method and gap element to carry on the dynamics analysis,and considering the characteristics of flexible wire line rod that it can be in tension but can't be in press.Develop the FRSDA software for dynamics analysis,caculate the vibration mode and carry on the dynamics analysis of the sucker rod.Get the motion conditions and stress condition of the sucker rod underground,and describe the friction,impact and contact etc.The result can procide the theoretical foundation for the design, optimization and diagnosis of the sucker rod.
