The paper firstly introduces the characteristic, historical and present situation of electroplate power supply, then introduces the topology of power circuit of the high frequency switching electroplate power supply briefly. This paper mainly improves the performance of the high frequency switching electroplate power supply through three parts, and they are adding keyboard and LCD as man-machine reaction interface, replacing passive factor correct in active power factor correct using PWM rectifier, current sharing when many power supply work in parallel connection.With microprocessor MSP430F135, the paper designed hardware and software which controls a keyboard and LCD, finished the design of hardware and software using for the communication between MSP430F135 and DSP controller TMS320LF2407A.This paper discussed the principle of PWM rectifier, design of power circuit, how to select the parameters of elements and heat sink, design of measure circuit, the principle of numeric PID regulator, the principle of the predicted current control with a fixed switching frequency in details. An experimental device was constructed through which PCFF was implemented.This paper still introduces the many current sharing methods that often are used presently, presented the current sharing method based CAN communication and discussed the principle of hardware and software of this method. The proposed method was implemented.The experimental result was given to prove this has accomplished its work.
