Optimization is an application technology applied to solve various engineering problems by adopting mathematic methods. As an important scientific branch, it is widely introduced in lots of engineering fields, and always gets a lot of attentions. Furthermore, seeking for brand new intelligence optimization algorithm suitable for different practical engineering applications is a hot spot in many disciplines, because there are many challenging tasks, such as complexity, constrains, nonlinear properties, multi-local optima and modeling difficulties.One important problem of the power supply system's economic operation is how to economically dispatch power supply resources in a period of time, which is the optimal decision-making problem. The thesis deeply analyses the characteristic of rectification suffer supply system, Meanwhile, aiming at the characteristic of the system and the trait of model and parameter, optimal control arithmetic and the realizing process in computer are researched, the method and the improved measures of the PSO for the unit combinatorial optimization in our objective system is presented. The simulation results is applied in the decision-making of the system successfully, it improves the efficiency greatly and brings considerable economic benefit. The results demonstrate that the above approach reasonable and useful. The primary studying of this thesis can be summarized as follows:(1) Researched and compared the advantages between the Ant Colony Optimization and the Particle Swarm Optimization, the thesis used the Particle Swarm Optimization to design the optimizer.(2) The optimal control model of direct current power supply system based on commuting efficiency was set up. And a hierarchy multi-objective particle swarm optimization was developed to optimize the direct current power supply system running economically. The algorithm can guarantee to output current precision as well as optimal control of the running combination and current distribution of several parallel rectifier sets, and aimed to improve commuting efficiency, economizing energy sources.(3) The long-distance controller and surveillance system of plumbum electrolysis direct current supply was developed in this section. Intelligence optimization and direct current controlling is completed . The whole system , insured the plumbum electrolysis secure, economical, dependable running, improved the commute efficiency and reduced the consumption of power.In the last section, the study innovation of this thesis were summarized, and the more study aspect of PSO and it's prospective applications in optimal control of complex industry system were expected.
