Study On Security Attitude Of Electric Power Enterprise

With the rapid development of technology, the technology of electric company is more and more complex. And machine, electricity, furnace take on integrative step by step. And more and more jobs of electric company need high-difficult work, and we need higher security, stability and reliability. Some accidents indicated hominine factor was the primary inducement of the accidents. But the stability of human mentality state is the primary factor for security. Although diathesis of staff has improved, some staff who has accepted security education is getting out of line, and this involved the security attitude at great extent. Security attitude effects on the occupation diathesis and skill improved of electric company. So study the security attitude of electric company is very important, and we can improve the holistic security consciousness, and reduce the accident rate ulteriorly.The thesis studies the security attitude of the electric company. The full text is divided into four parts. Part one is introduction, including the background and the target of the thesis. Part two introduces the basic content of the security attitude. Part three is the core of the article; it uses some analytical methods to measure the staff's security attitude. The data analyze is about comparing the difference of security attitude in the people who have different characteristics and background.According to the analysis and testing of security attitude, the thesis offers the data for the study of the staff's security attitude in the next phase, and provides the bases for the improving of the staff's work process.
