With the development of intrinsic safety theory in recent years, people are increasingly turning their attention to how to avoid and reduce employee unsafe behavior. In order to explore the reasons for persons’ unsafe behaviors, based on the collection of relevant information,I summarize the existing research results, analyse the factors and mechanisms that play a role in employee safety behavior and establish the basic research model. The main problems will be solved in this study are as follows: firstly, define the internal structure of safety management and divide the dimension of safety management on the basis of comprehensive safety management practices;the second is to verify the mediating effect of employees’ internal psychological factors-their safety attitude and safety trust on organizational management and employee safety behavior;the third is to explore the differences in the intensity and function way of different aspects of organizational management on employees’ safety behaviors. There are 304 employees of high-risk industries surveyed in this study. The data were processed and analyzed with statistical software SPSS20.0 and AMOS24.0 and the following conclusions can be gotten:(1)The organization’s security management can be divided into four relatively independent dimensions:organizational security commitment, security communication, security assurance and security performance, the employees’ security behavior can be divided into two dimensions: security compliance behavior and security participation behavior.(2)The four dimensions of organizational safety management are significantly positively correlated with the two dimensions of employees’ mental state and safety behavior at the 0.01 level.(3)The organizational safety management and employee safety attitude are significantly different in age and academic qualifications, employees’ safety trust in the organization is significantly different in age、education and working time, the safety behaviors of employees has significantly difference in academic qualifications and working hours.(4)Organizational safety management has a predictive effect on the employees’ safety behavior, and its safety compliance behavior is slightly stronger than the safety participation behavior;the employees’ safety trust to the organization has a significant predictive effect on the employees’ safety attitude.(5)The employees’ safety attitude plays a mediating role in the process of organizational safety management affecting employee safety behavior;employees’ security trust to the organization can act as an intermediary between organizational safety management and employees’ safety behavior, and it plays a fully intermediary role between organization security management and employees’ safety compliance behavior.(6)A structural equation model was established by AMOS24.0,the fitting degree is acceptable, indicating that organizational security management can directly or indirectly affect the employees’ security behavior, and the different dimensions of organizational security management have different ways to act on employee safety behavior. This study reveals the mediating effect of employees’ security trust to the organization and their safety attitude in the process of organizational security management affecting employees’ safety behaviors. It increases the employees’ security trust to the organization、corrects the security attitude of employees、points out the direction of management and provides the basis for empirical research of the "people-oriented" safety management work.
