The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is about the design and synthesis of the novel derivatives of GA(Glycyrrhetinic Acid), and the second part is about the synthesis of organic conjugated molecules which contain the isoxazole framework.(1) Taking the novel derivatives of the Chinese traditional medicine GA as the research object, we compared several methods to synthesize the novel GA derivatives optimized them, and then found the best experiment conditions to modify the active position to get the bioactive targets. Furthermore, we cultivated, analyzed and described the structure of the oxime derivatives of GA, which is the foundation to modify and change the structure of GA in a deep-seated extension, and to ultimately exploit, utilize GA to increase the pharmacology research.Based on the analysis of the matrix structure of 18β-GA and research on the chemical reaction of its several functional groups, together with the relationship between structure and activation, a series of novel GA derivatives were designed and synthesizedWe aimed at changing the C3-OH or C30-COOH of GA separately to get novel GA derivatives. Based on the research in our laboratory about the relationship between structure and activation, we modified the C3-OH of GA, for example, we introduced N3 on C3- after the protection of C30-CO2R (R=CH3, CH2CH3), and next we discussed the possibility about the following Sn2 substitutional reaction. We expected to introduce the stable hydrophilic group into GA to improve its properties.We first synthesized the oxime derivative of GA, and cultivate its crystal, which was structurally characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It was the powerful evidence for the further derivatives and seeking for the relationship between the structure and the anti-bacterial activity.(2) Organic conjugated functional molecules can be used in linear molecular materials, which spread to several other fields on electronic parts of an apparatus, photic storage and photoelectricity modulator, and it excels at the process of design and synthesis, smaller size, larger amount of memory, faster response speed and artificial intellectual, et al.Based on the sufficient analysis about the correlative research work worldwide and the fact that 1,3,4-OXD derivatives are extensively applied to organic electroluminescenece materials because of their excellent electron infusing and transfering function, we decided to synthesize the organic conjugated functional molecules which contain isoxazole framework. The derivatives containing isoxazole have the similar structural characteristics as the oxadiazole derivatives, such as, conjugated system, character of lacking electron, stabilization to light and heat, et al.The experiment content of this thesis contains the follows:(1) Firstly, we synthesized phenyl substituted isoxazole derivatives through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition.(2) Secondly, through oxidation, oxime and continued 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition, we synthesized phenyl substituted double isoxazole derivatives, using the 3-hydroxy methyl isoxazole derivatives.(3) Finally, we synthesized the conjugated linear isoxazole derivatives through wittig reaction.This thesis, based on the newest detailed and systemic literatures and date, from the chemical point of view, innovationally inaugurate a method to synthesize novel conjugated functional molecules, and supply the evidence for the further development of organic materials.
