The Research For Key Technology Of Detecting Disfigurement Of Glass

Our economy is developing,so people need more and better glass.To the factories producing glass, manufacturing more and better glass is exigent. Generally speaking,there are many disfigurements in glass is not allowed,or else the quality of glass maybe decline,there maybe a lot of wasters.So we need a device that detect disfigurements of glass.This task aims that,it refers to dealing with pictures by computer,1394 card,CCD,rasters and Moire.This paper refers Moire to detecting disfigurements of glass,based on that,we build the core of framework that consists of three parts:a lamp-house with a raster,a CCD with a raster,a computer collecting picture data and dealing with pictures.And then,we make the software dealing with pictures,this software successfully make MIL deal with pictures called by VC++.The functions of the software are:graying pictures,blacking pictures and whiting pictures,median filtering pictures, tracing borderline, distinguishing shape and so on.The software consists of three parts: interface,core codes and noting results,there is a frame showing the pictures to user in interface;there are some threads in core codes,so the efficiency of the system is improved;in noting results,the software can note the size and position of the disfigurements.This task can fill up the blank in our country about detecting the disfigurements of glass,it can lower costs,it has applied value and has important meaning to our economy.
