Halftone Screen Printing Moire Phenomenon, Theoretical Analysis And Research

Based on the mesh/line unmatched moire' and incorrect screen angle moire', this paper analyses moire' in screen printing. This paper provides deep research on the principle and distribution law of moire' in respect of geometrical optics and Fourier optics, produces a mathematical models of moire' in geometrical space area and frequency area. This model is used as an important tool to analyze moire' in screen printing from the respect of mesh/line unmatched moire' and incorrect screen angle moire'.Through experiment, the author verifies the theory and get conclusion.
