Polymer flooding technology have gotten ample development in our country's oil field, it raise yield substantially, at the same time, have also brought a lot of problems. Since the Non-Newton property of the effluent, the vibration property of the sucker rod string have occurred change, and the side-abrasion between the sucker rod string and tubing is more serious than water flooding. These are the two significant problems to be solved. Therefore, researching on the influence of effluent for vibration property of the sucker rod string has important reference value for rational configuration interval design of sucker rod centralizer, and also has important significant theoretical actual meaning on the simulation of the dynamic parameters and optimizing the running of polymer holes.Velocity distribution model of annular flow and computing model of liquid friction of the sucker rod string are established, using constitutive equation and momentum conservation equation of the power law flow. It is lucubrated that the influential factor of the velocity distribution model of annular flow. The key points of the velocity distribution are related to the sucker rod diameter, inside diameter of the tube and the power law index of the power law flow, but the velocity of the sucker rod string and the consistency coefficient of the power law flow. Training sample of BP Network is customized to solve the key points.Basing on the computing model of liquid viscous resistance of the sucker rod string, damping coefficient of power law flow for sucker rod string is created, using the condition of equivalent merit. Mathematics model and emulate model of the vibration of sucker rod sting are established. Comparing with the mathematics model of sucker rod string vibration in water flooding laminar flow, this model includes the power law index of the speed item. It isverified of the results of the emulation and actual measurement that the model has higher precision through lots of examples, and can satisfy the project needs.Basing on the dynamic emulation of sucker rod string, establish the mathematics model of rational configuration interval design of sucker rod centralizer in polymer holes. It is proved that radial load of the power law flow for the sucker rod string has little relation to the configuration of the sucker rod centralizer below the neutral point, but has much influence on the configuration of the sucker rod centralizer above the neutral point.It develops the software called Dynamic Simulation of the Sucker Rod String and Optimum Design of Preventing Side-abrasion in Polymer Holes using Visual Basic 6.0. Examples show that the emulation precision of the software can satisfy the requirement of project actual application.
