Pressure hydroforming is a developing technology with advanced features of lightness and unified part. It has been used in a lot of aspects in our life. So study on the forming of high pressure and the optimization of the load path has a lot of practical senses.The paper analyses the principle of the processing,stress and strain and the invalidation in hydroforming. Used the principle the formula for estimating the numerical value of the key parameters is built.And the mutational model is built to research the forming process by the FEM and MARC software. In the research, it is divide 2 steps for the eccentric bottle machining and the useful wrinkle is good at the process. The effects of the friction coefficient and the load path on the deformation course are analyzed in detail by a large number of numerical simulations.The basic genetic algorithm procedure programmed in Python language is adopted to optimize the processing parameters of hydroforming, and the procedure is combined with MARC software. The objective was to produce a part with minimum thickness variation. This study investigates the best possible regulation for loading conditions between the highest pressure, the first step axial feeding and the second step axial feeding by hydroforming. The present outcome provides a theory basis for parameters selection during the practical course of hydroforming, which is provided with important theory significance and practical values.
