Tube hydroforming process due to its high dimensional accuracy of formed products, processes less,suitable for mass production, cost savings and other characteristics, has become focus of the study in the field of plastic processing tube in the 21st century. Exploration and research of better quality tee forming high-pressure cold push research will become hot in recent years.In the article,the finite element model of tee hydroforming and compound bulging are established by ABAQUS/Explicit.The article analyzes the effects of parameters (for example coefficient of friction, die radius,etc)in the procress of hydroforming of axial compression,researching the loading paths of hydroforming of axial compression,juxtaposing the simulation results under the typical load paths,having found the loading path of meeting the requirements which are the single loading path with initial value and the gradient loading path.In the both loading paths,the forming quality is better in the gradient loading path.It defines the reasonable pressure loaded area according to the gradient loading path,and then experimenting.The experiment results coincide with the simulation results,proving the accuracy of the simulation and the reasonable of loading areas.The hydroforming of axial compression is compared with compound hydroforming,having found that the biaxial tension stress decreases on the top branch because of the back pressure,the wall thickness distribution is more uniform,the forming quality of tee is better.Making orthogonal test to compound hydroforming,analyzing the results,then obtaining the important order of the effect of three factors to index and the law of effect of three factors to formability.The three factors are the feed rate,pressure and back pressure.Ultimately determine the best combination of parameters.
