Open architecture NC system is currently the main trend in the field of NC technology. And the most significant characteristics is open, interconvertibility, expansibility, naturalization and retractility. This paper studied two aspects on the basis of analyzing the and NC machining between domestic and overseas.One is studying the Interpolation module of Open architecture NC system. Interpolation module is the core technique in NC technology. Its quality will affect the ability of NC system directly, and it is the main tache that to be improved and completed in dire need. In the article, fashion curve interpolation is researched and its feasibility study and decision are analyzed in order to meet the urgent requirement in the machining of complex curves and surfaces. At last, the editor posed an interpolation principal for parametric curve with constant speed on the basis of existing Algorithm. The editor analyzed the precision of the new Algorithm and pose an improved project.The other is that there are some general problems in machining and debugging, so this paper posed the importance and necessity in the research of the aspect. Finally, we developed an interpolation test and control instrument of NC system on the basis of DSP . This instrument can test simulate signal and numeral signal of bottom level in real-time. And it also can realize long-distance transmission by CAN bus.
