Dry-process cement progress is the development direction of cement technology. Qinling Cement Lit.co 2000t/d cement line is the first input line with DD-type calciner kiln. Due to unclear the principle of the precalcinator kiln, the line can not reach the design target and output capacity. The analyses were done for the kiln system with exciting problem. The contents are as follow: (1)thermal calibration for kiln system; (2)The preheaters are all high separation efficiency and high presure.High presure resist the ventilation of the system, which restrict the output to raise. (3)DD-type, calciner pressure was law, but its furnance volume was smaller. Due to the volume small, the coal powder which injected into the furnance, could generate imperfect combustion. The factors mentioned above cause unstable production of the kiln system.Inspect to the above-mentioned problem, a series of measure were made as follow: (l)improving coal quality, and burner used in calciner; (2)remaking grate cooler to raise the heat recovery efficiency; (3)reforming the two-way valve to ensure the uniform distribution. (4)improving the structure of dip pipe.After taking the measure, the clinker output capacity of the product line reaches to 2100t/d~2200t/d, and heat consumption decreases from 830×4.18kJ/kg.cli to 750×4.18 kJ/kg.cli. It is shown that the performance exceeds the design ability, and the satisfied effect was obtained.
