Most of the present synthesized chiral-catalyst is a corporation compound which is made up of single chiral atom (carbon,nitron and phosphorus ) and metal(Ru ,Rh,Mn, Ti, Cu, B ,etc). However, the C2-axial symmetrical chiral-catalyst is few. It is never reported that the marcromolecular chiral-catalyst is completely composed of C2-axial symmetrical parts. The synthesized compound has the following features.(1) It is completely composed of C2-axial symmetrical chiral parts with a high chiral consentration. When it is applied as catalyst, it may have a low value of S/C.(the rate of reactant and catalyst) and a high e.e.(enantiometric excess).(2) It has a better solubility in the organic solvent. And it can be easily separated from the system, which is added water after reaction. This catalyst not only possesses the feature of insolution macromolecular which is easily separated and can be cyclically used ,but also has a better reaction capacity of homogeneous catalyst.(3) It possesses a rigid structure ,which is stable and uneasily racemized.Marcrocyclic compound(1),Poly-acetal-spiro-vic-diether(2) and Dentritic polymer(3) are the target compound of the essay, which is the foundation of synthesis of the catalyst. From these compound's ~1H-NMR we find that the eight hydrogens of original pentaerythritol are splited into four groups of double speaks in containing chiral axial compound, and are single peak in no containing chiral axial compound. This important conclusion corrects the explanation that is known as being created by rigid structure . We have applied for a national patent about this conclusion.1. The designation and synthesis of macrocyclic compound(1)The macrocyclic compound (1) is synthesized by compound (4) and (5) from 1,3-phthaladhyde. The influential factors of reaction are discussed, such as solvent ,catalyst and temperature. The structure of the compound is characterized by IR, ~1H-NMR,MS and MASNMR.2. The designation and synthesis of the poly -acetal-spiro-vic-diether(2)The poly-acetal-spiro-vic-diether is synthesized by compound (4) and (9) from 1.3 -phthaladhyde. The structure of this compound is characterized by IR.~1H-NMR and MS .3. The designation and synthesis of the dentritic polymer(3)We have synthesized the compound(3) from 1,3,5—trimethylbenzene. and the multi-stage dentrictic polymer is synthesizing.. The compound is characterized by IR,NMR and MS.
