Underground mining brings out the deformation, failure of the upper terranes and it can reach the earth's surface. however, all these need time. Mastering the evolvement of the terranes and prevention and curing it timely is the most approach of prevention building collapsing, the sinkage of the earth's surface, the deformation of laneway. So, the study on long evolvement regularities of the mining terrane structure is significative. The paper researches mostly common models and the experimental formula of the rheology. their merits and flaws is pointed out and their application is illustrated with concrete examples. Considering long strength (limit) is very important in the project design according to the example of the long strength (limit). Several common instances in which creep deformation should be considered is pointed out. Motion failure regularities of the upper terranes and the forming course of motion basin of the earth's surface is explained comparatively concretely. Burger-creep viscoplastic model and WIPP model is described with finite difference method. The passing course of WIPP model is denoted in one cycle in the numerical simulation. The author brings out an idea himself about numerical simulation of all collapsing method. Finally, the sinkage course of the earth's surface is simulated their several evolvement regularities is presented.
