Using 1961-2005 period conventional surface data, 1996-2005, environmental monitoring data from the surface to the point of Weifang City nearly 45 years of climate change, the weather elements of long-term, medium-term and short-term changes in the law and the reasons are discussed, studied the last 10 years in Weifang City contamination distribution, especially in the past two years, the pollutants changes in the characteristics of pollutants and meteorological factors relationship between a more comprehensive analysis. The following conclusions : 1. Yellow and Bohai have an impact on the climate in Weifang, the southeastern area of ocean climate characteristics significantly. From the average annual precipitation, annual mean temperature, annual mean maximum temperature, annual mean minimum temperature and average annual wind speed of distribution, reflects this characteristic.2. Nearly 45 years, the average temperature in Weifang upward trend, the minimum temperature significantly higher than the maximum contribution to the warming temperatures. Which, with the average maximum temperature and average annual growth rate of 0.0262℃ temperature was obtained, and 0.0157℃ meters, close to the lowest temperature significantly higher than the rate before the two, 0.04℃ was obtained.3. Weifang city, the average rainfall was the main north-south distribution of the south than in the north, the southern region, the average precipitation over 780mm, while the northern part is only 600mm, a difference of nearly 30%. The annual average temperature and the average minimum temperature of the distribution curve similar to downtown, and the average minimum temperature of the lower average temperature, minimum...
