Fungicide is a kind of substance that protect useful crops through preventing or uprooting pathogen.We modified the main structure of 1,3,4-oxadiazole and the acylthioureas by bioisosterism principles and substructure link way.Thirty new compounds wre synthesized in order to search some new compounds with fungicidal activities.By consulting concerning literatures,we reviewed the development of fungicide ,the synthesis methods and biological activities of 1,3,4-oxadiazole and the acylthioureas. IR, MS, 1H NMR and the elemental analysis confirmed the structures of the three series of compounds.Their physical-chemical properties and spectrum datas were systematically investigated.The reactions and the fungicidal activities were analysized.The main structures of the target compounds were as follows:(I )N-(5-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)- N-4-fluorobenzoxyacetylthioureasAr=C6H5(a),4-CH3OC6H4(b), 4-CH3C6H4(c),2-ClC6H4(d),2,4-2ClC6H3(e), 4- ClC6H4(f), 4-CH3CH2OC6H4(g),4-NO2C6H4(h),4-(CH3)2 N C6H4(i),3- NO2C6H4(j)(II )N-(5-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-N -4-nitrobenzoxyacetylthioureas...
