| The detecting system of the technologic parameter applied to cement kiln based on image processing technology is formed in this paper in order to improve the roboticized level of cement industry and realize detecting and controlling of the production process, that combines the computer technology with digital video technology, image collection and processing technology and database management.This system is made up of three subsystems; the first subsystem is the parameter's detecting and measuring system on real time. On the running interface of this system, both sequent image and single image can be collected and displayed on it. At the same time, the temperature of ripe material, flame and kiln wall all can be measured on real time. In addition, the measured results of temperature can be traced out with dynamic curvilinear format in this interface. The designed process and realized function of this system are emphases of this paper.The second subsystem is image processing system, and eight typical image processing methods are introduced in this system so that observation person can observe different image according to his requirement. The third subsystem is the storage and governing system of database. There are the database of image, the database of temperature and the curvilinear chart of temperature in this system. This subsystem is easy to put up storage, query and management of image and detected data. With curvilinear chart of temperature supervisor also can grasp the general trend of the temperature and find out the complexion of burning and the quality of ripe material in the kiln.The foundation of the detecting and measuring system on real time exits important worth aiming at the parameter's measuring of cement industry. The realization of this system improves the quality of cement and the roboticized level of cement industry. At the same time, if this system is applied to production the workers'condition of job will be improved and be safer.
