Sewage containing HPAM is one of complex components with special characteristics. Polymer in the wastewater makes oil into emulsified oil, which is difficult to be treated by routine wastewater treatment for the difficulty to differ oil from wastewater. It has become an important subject to be resolved necessarily with polymer flooding being applied to enhance oil recovery and increasing sewage quantity year by year. The oxidative treatment of polymer flooding sewage by the means of UV/H2O2/O3 and photo-Fenton reagent technique was investigated. And a method of calculating light energy of any point in multi-light photochemical reactor was got based on UV radiate rule in water, which offers a new design and application mode for photochemical reactor. The effect of individual factors on the course of photochemical degradation kinetics were evaluated in the system of UV/H2O2/O3. The results showed that the optimum degradation condition was UV power controlled at 96w, initial O3 concentration at 1.495g/h, initial H2O2 concentration at 2.5mL/h, pH value at 4 and initial HPAM concentration at 50mg/L.The degradation dynamic model was estabilished based on above study, which has favorable forecast on degradation kinetic rule in photochemical oxidative system. The best ratio of H2O2/ O3 was 0.78-0.93.Ozone transfer in water was studied in UV/H2O2/O3 system, a logial model of ozone mass transfer was estabilished based on two-film theory. And the effect of individual factor on ozone concentration in aqueous phase was evaluated. The experimental results showed that the steady state ozone concentration in aqueous phase decreased with the increase of pH value or UV intensity, but increased with increasing gas velocity or initial ozone concentration.Photo-Fenton reagent technique was used in studying the degradation of the polyacrymide-containing wastewater from oilfield, with discussion made on the effect of individual factors. The results showed that the best operate condition was pH value controlled at 3 and H2O2 concentration at 82.5mg/L and FeSO4˙7H2O concentration at 100mg/L. After 90min, the degradation rate of...
