Toothpaste is the essential thing of the people daily life. It can be divided into common toothpaste and medicine toothpaste according to its function. Anti-sensitive toothpaste is an accessorial preventive or therapeutial means for DH in family, and it is an important branch of the medicine toothpaste. It has important technical value and practical meaning for study the application of anti-sensitive agents in toothpaste by the numbers. In this work, the anti-sensitive agents-strontium salt and potassium salt in anti-sensitive toothpaste are fully researched and analyzed. At first, 0.5-3.5% SrCl2·6H2O and 1-10% KNO3 are added into toothpaste to prepare samples used to measure its index and reviewes its stability. Furthermore the choice of raw materials in the composition, dosage of the anti-sensitive agents, and relations of abrasives, bond, liquid phase, oam, flavour, scent and anti-sensitive agents,as well as effects to toothpaste stability are studied in details. The results has indicated that it can gain preferable results for applicate strontium salt and potassium salt in a common formula through reasonably optimizing the formula structure and strictly review stability of toothpaste.Anti-sensitive mechanism for DH is that anti-sensitive toothpaste could"obdurate"tubles in the dentine, and reduce the dentine permeation. It can indirectly reflect the anti-sensitive purpose of toothpaste through properly disposing teeth with toothpaste and adopt proper token means. The Study obtained perfect token results by SEM, MH and dentine permeation testing, and discusses the effects for disposed means of teeth and toothpaste ,as well as dosage anti-sensitivities to token purpose. The result indicates that anti-sensitive toothpaste contained Sr salt and K salt has remarkable anti-sensitive puepose. It has practive meaning for determine relative anti-sensitive ingredients(both Sr2+ and K+) in toothpaste. It can provide essential foundation for controlling product quality of toothpaste formula. Sr2+in toothpaste is Determinated by AAS with incinerating toothpaste samples in high temperatureand disposing samples with nitrate. The result indicates that under the opimum conditions selected, the recovery tested by standard addition method was in the range of 98.8-102.5%, RSD<1%,the detection limit was found to 0.0042μg/mL. K+ in toothpaste is Determinated by IC. The result indicates that...
