As required by the automobile and motorcycle industry for enhance the quality of parts manufacturing, especially the "zero defect" was proposed, the sample testing by traditional technique has been unable to meet the requirement, to be instead of the entireness testing which testing the quality of parts manufacturing one by one. That means can check the quality after the parts manufacturing finished, removing the defect parts in time to avoid go to the next working procedure. All of these need the testing instrument working rapidly and accurately. Apparently, traditional testing instrument cannot carry this demand, and the general testing instrument on the market at present cost highly and expensive, cannot use in the manufacturing scene because of its strict demands of the work environment. Therefore, to development a testing instrument which has the wide adaptability, high level of intelligence and can be use in the manufacturing scene undoubtedly has a great significance.This dissertation is an important part of the program"synthetically monitoring and controlling system of Automobile"of the contract number 2003ZD38, which belongs to Chongqing Institute of technology. Study and solve the measurement for geometrical parameter of complex parts that exist in the automobile and motorcycle industry since long ago.According to analysis the measurement for geometrical parameter of complex parts on the realism requirement and technique feasibility, we study the measure technique for complex parts and research the geometrical parameter synthesis measure instrument, which can measure shaft parts'geometrical parameter rapidly and accurately. The entirely research of the measure instrument involves sensor testing technology, information processing technology as well as the embed system technology.Experiment emulation and prototype show this instrument's measure system can satisfy the requirements. The system not only can be used in measure instrument, but also can be used in other field universally, such as the portable data acquisition, home automation and so on.
