Preparation And Study On Clindamycin Zinc CompoundGel

Clindamycin Zinc compound gel (CMPZC compound gel for short) is made up of clindamycin phosphate and zinc acetate. The pathogenesis of acnes was expounded, the rationality and necessity of making CMPZC compound gel as well as the its perspective of clinical use were analized in this paper. Modern pharmaceutical technique was used for formulation screening, quality study, stability investigation and pharmacotoxicology study. The paper consists of threes parts.The first part is an overview of literatures which expounds on acne's definition, characteristics and pathogenesis. Acne is a common pubertal diseases of pilosebaceous chronic inflammation, characterized by acne, papule, agria, inflammatory nodus, superficial purulent cyst and deep inflammation. Acne may cause certain itch and pain in the sites which are rich in sebiferous glands such as face, back, and chest etc. It is a clinically common disease which has a longlasting and chronic course and is easy to recur. It occurs commonly during adolescents and may causes suffering and inconvenience. There are many etiopathogenisis, but the main etiopathogenisis is the interaction of hormone, ceratin sebum and bacteria, which also decides the duration and severity of the disease. The deficiency of zinc in body is the main factor of acne pathogeny, so zinc supplement is of great importance in the treatment of acne. The focus of infection of acne is always along with inflammatory infection, while clindamycin phosphate has a very good anti-inflammatory effect.
