| With the development of science and technology and environmental protection sense to be stretched, the developed countries are keeping to improve the level mud dehydration. U. S. A and European countries have set up city mud final treatment outline one after another. , dealing with mud must be have clear and definite requisition and regulation. The equipments in our countries for mud dehydration are single mechanical equipments. Because of design and users, a few sewage works are using equipments of mechanical concentration and centrifugal dehyration In order to reduce land square and investment of foundation, the developed countries have exploited and used mud disposable equipments, these equipments not only can continuous running, but also lower energy consumption and wear away. They are weak on technical debugging. This research just studies the urban mud of Jinan Second Plant of Water Quality Purifying, testing on the machinery condense and centrifugal dehydration and studying the best flocculent and the best perimeters. These are the following results:1. The writer Analyzes about the mud composition of Jinan Second Plant of Water Quality Purifying, organic matter is higher to percent of 35, the mud is to be suited treated.2. The method of experiment. We base on the principle of concentrate mechanic to make an experiment on various parameters, in orde to find out the best parameters ,we have compared these parameters. We have done the uniform experiments to find out the economical revolution, but is not same as the former one. Then fixes the most perimeters and studies the best flocculent and the best parameters, the suitable flocculant. In the dehydration experiment some parameters first have been fixed : rotational speed of drum, flow rate, flow rate of diluting water,in the end the best parameters have been set.3. Five flocculants have been used in the condensing experiment. We have computed the rate of solid recycal, the rate of concentration, compared to the standard parameters, the end the best flocculant an revolution parameters have been fixed. The best flocculent is Japan 492. The best parameter :the expenses is 124.35 yuan, the rotational speed of drum is 7.0r/min , flow rate is 0.4m~3/h, flow rate of diluting water is 12001/h, dip of drum is 3, rate of washing is 70 seconds, the best diluting time is 30seconds.4.Two flocculants have been used in the centrifugal dehyration experiment.
