Research On Some Problems Of Highway's Atmospheric Environmental Impact Assessment

As the development of means of transportation, the air pollution in motor vehicle emissions on highway has caused extensive concern to many people. But the work of the atmospheric EIA still have many problems that affect the evaluation, they need to resolve urgently. In this paper, some decisive questions were discussed, and put forward improving methods, Then completed the atmospheric EIA of highway project, which from Jiekou to Dongming.The paper combined this project, discussed the problems.The paper's conclusion as follows:Firstly, put forward the methed to get vehicle emission factor on highway, with correcting the speed factors, adopting the average method.Then, solved the blindness within the usage of vehicle emission factors. The result can be provided as the reference of highway EIA work in Guangzhou.Secondly, aiming at the complexity predict conditions, established a reasonable frame used to forecast the air pollution, and guided the atmospheric EIA project of that highway.Thirdly, put forward the concept of" the air pollution degree" on highway atmosphere environment evaluation method. A valuation model was established, which is an integrated atmospheric impact assessment model. With this method, we can not only integrally analysis the atmospheric pollution degree that into the pre-project and after project, but also use to choose the less polluted line from the air pollution angle.In the end, the paper put forward a few advices that that may constructive to our country's current atmospheric EIA of highway project.
