With the development of economy and enhancement of the people's living standard, every family has the electric appliances; simultaneously the environment question caused by waste electric and electronic equipments is increasingly interested. The resources reuse is the effective route to solve the difficult problem. The environmental pollution is reduced even eliminated caused by the rejected materials and the waste is renewed to regenerative resources, which postponed resources shortage problem in the current and even future.This experimental primary objective is to design and research the effective route which is fit for the resources reuse of abandoned electric appliances, particularly studies the metal and nonmetallic fluid enrichment technology in the waste printed circuit broad (PCB). In order to realize the goal of the fluid enrichment, firstly the material must be fall to pieces and the crashed material is separated into different particle sizes. The metal and nonmetallic dissociation is observed through the microscope. The dissociated different particle sizes materials are fluidized to separate enrichment using the fluidized bed, which is to find out the feasibility of fluid enrichment technology, the optimal operating condition and the efficiency.The material was crushed the species which the particle size was below 1.25mm using the high speed revolving hammer type grinder, the crushed species was separated into 8 particle sizes materials using the Taylor standard sieve, The metal and nonmetallic dissociation below 0.8mm particle size was observed through the microscope; the content of different particle sizes was detected by microwave digestion and ICP-AES, which can find out the maximum metal content in the 0.125~0.3mm, 0.3~0.5mm and 0.5~0.8mm, this illustrated that the separation technology was a preliminary enrichment process; The dissociated different particle sizes materials were placed in the fluid bed, and sorting enrichment carried out at the different air speed, the content of different particle sizes was detected by microwave digestion and ICP-AES.
