| Polyphosphazenes was linear polymers containing an inorganic backbone formed by alternating phosphorus and nitrogen atoms, each phosphorus bearing two side substituents. Polyphosphazenes has its advantages for design and synthesis of biologically functional macromolecules, and broad structural diversity, high functional density, and tailored biodegradability of phosphorus-nitrogen backbone. Thus, it was of importance to develop well-defined and simple synthetic methods allowing reliable control the biologically relevant properties of these polymers, such as biodegradability and biocampatibility. We investigated the synthesis of polyphosphazenes and synthesized two kinds of polyphosphazenes (poly[2-dimethylaminoethylamino/2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy phosphazene] and poly[methyl p-hydroxybenzoate/glycine ethyl ester] phosphazene). The characteristics and molecular structures of polyphosphazenes were studied and identified. Biological evidences were provided for it's application in the field of bimaterials.Polydichlorophosphazenes (PDCP) was directly synthesized by phosphorus pentachloride and ammonium chloride without hot polymerizing. It was one-pot synthesis way of PDCP; the synthesis way was researched in detail. Reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst and solvent dosage and the other factors were researched respectively.Polyphosphazenes with two different types of side groups, based on 2-dimethylaminoethylamino, 2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethoxy, polydichlorophosphazenes... |
