Chiral ligands, especially axially chiral ligands, play an important role in asymmetric catalytic synthesis. So the development of new axially chiral ligands always attracts great research attention. The factor of dihedral angel, as we know, has a very great effect in the axially chiral diphosphorus ligands, which is deeply studied. In work, we design the ligand that has a carbon chain connected in the 5,5'-position of the biphenyl backbone. It may get the maximal and minimal dihedral angel in theory, which has an opening research meaning.According to this backbone, we choose to synthesize the ligand of phosphinamine because it is easily to be synthesized. In the paper, the work to synthesize it is introduced.Besides, the work of Wacker-Type's substrates for new bisoxazoline ligands is also included.
