Spot-welding inverter power is one of the most important developing trends in the field of resistance welding. And the soft-switching has the advantages of the low switching loss, little electromagnetic interference and small sensitivity to the parasitic parameters of the circuit, and it can achieve high reliability stability and efficiency of the spot-welding power. With the high speed development of the DSP (Digital Signal Processing), a good researching platform was built to use intelligent control algorithm in spot-welding control, and chip microcomputer control technique was being replaced generally by those whose main control units were DSP. So the intelligent control system of the soft switching spot-welding inverter power which based on DSP was researched in the paperThe topological structure and operating principle of the main circuit of the soft-switching spot-welding inverter power were studied in the paper, and the time sequence and generated method of drive pulse which fitted full-bridge phase-shifted DC/DC zero-voltage soft-switching spot-welding inverter power constant-current output were discussed in detail, too.In this paper, the TMS320LF2407A Demo module was used to generate PWM drive pulse for full-bridge zero-voltage spot-welding inverter circuit, and the formula to calculate the output current's value changing with the phase-shifting angle was built. The frequency, phase-shifting angle and delay time of the PWM pulse could be set and revised conveniently by a program.A controlling model of inverter spot-welding process and a fuzzy neural network configuration about inverter spot-welding constant current control were built in this paper. The fuzzy neural network was trained by off-line method to enhance the generalization and self-adaption ability with the way that sinusoidal trace input firstly, and then constant input.
