In this article, we introduce a new electro-biofilm packed column for treating simulated wastewater on base of micro-eletrolysis and biofilm complex craft. This column has lots of merit including high-efficiency, low-cost, low-energy, stable running, flexible manual, small-area. It can treat large thickness range of wastewater as well as not producing contamination again. This article first introduced mixes microorganism colony's cultivating, domesticating and membrane-hanging flow in the active sludge. Meanwhile, we analyze the appearance shape and internal structure of microorganism with electron microscope. Determine growth curve of mix bacteria colony. In static adsorption experiment, through to sole heavy metal ion adsorption, we further studies microorganism's growth situation in the bio-membrane reactor. At the same time adsorption time, solution pH, heavy metal ion initial density that has the influence in absorption, was also considered. So we can determinate best adsorption condition. After we analyze the treatment process of wastewater by micro-eletrolysis and biofilm complex craft, we decide use pottery ball and iron ball coated by PVC as stuffing in electro-biofilm packed column. For determining the optimization condition of continual experiment, we carry on several experiments to confirm the optimum voltage, optimum suspend-time, and optimum load and so on. Through the observation of experiments, we can build foundation for amplifying packed column. We also study binary metal-ion absorption. According to metal-ion coordination, metal-ions were divided into three categories: A. hard-ion; B. soft-ion; C. other-ion. We adopt cross experiment as the study method for researching the principle of binary ion competing absorption, i.e. hard-ion to hard-ion, soft-ion to soft-ion and hard-ion to soft-ion.
