Heavy metal ion is potentials dangerous contaminations. It is threatened to environment because it can not be decomposed by microorganism.On the contrary, organism may concentrate the heavy metal ion and can transform certain kinds of heavy metals into the toxic stronger metal-organic compounds. So the wastewater of heavy metal ions is one of the most dangerous contaminations to environment and human- beings.In this article, our aim is to develop a new efficient and economical technology for treating wastewater of heavy metal ions.We introduce a new microelectro-embed biology packed column for treating wastewater on base of reading mounts of papers home and overseas. This column has lots of merits including high-efficiency, low-cost, stable-running, flexible manual, small-area and so on. It also can treat large thickness range of wastewater and at the same time not produce contaminations again.In the experiment of cultivating and domesticating mixes microorganism,we introduce the flow of cultivating and domesticating. Meanwhile we analyze the appearance shape and internal structure of microorganism with electron microscope. And we also determine the growth curve of mix microorganism colony.In the experiment of choosing the carrier of embed-biology, we analyze the growth conditions of microorganism in different carriers, and through the contrast experiments of different absorption capability, we are determined to choose the fucosed-potassium carrier.In only microorganism-absorption static experiments, we consider the influence of temperature, absorption time, solution pH, heavy metal ion initial density,liquid to solide proportion and so on. And in the experiments of complexed technics, we consider the influence of added electric-field, heavy metal ion initial density and absorption time,and we get the best absorption conditions. On the base of these experiments,we carry on the continual experiment of complexed technics for treating the wastewater of heavy metal ions. Through observing the absorption effect , we get the better treatment process. And we can build foundation for amplifying packed column. In the single and binary components absorptive experiments,we study the absorptive isotherm and kinetic models of single and binary components. .The results show that the single component (Cu2+,Pb2+,Zn2+)absorptive system according with langmuir equation very well.At the same time,we adopt cross experiment as the study method for researching the principle of heavy metal ion competing absorption.
