In recent years, solvothermal method is used to synthesize nanomaterials widely and it has attracted great attention in the research field of nanomaterials for its advantages. At the same time, as the foundation of semiconduct industry, semiconduct materials have been the research object of nanomaterials for its important function in modern industry. The paper synthesized Zn Cd Pb nanomaterials using solvothermal method controlled by macrocyclic compound and long-chain amine after summing up prior research works. The research details are as follows:1. Using calix[4]arene to control the solvothermal system, PbS and PbSe nanorods were synthesized successfully. Through the optical research, spectrum has the blue shift and increased absorption phenomenon. The new interaction- reaction-exchange- release process is submitted. Through the research, it is found that this macrocyclic template can be used to control the synthesis of 1D nanorods compared with other kind of template, which opens the new idea to use macrocyclic compounds to controlled synthesis nanomaterials.2. Using laurylamine to control the solvothermal system, the uniform PbS nanoparticles, ZnS nanorods and CdS nanoparticles were synthesized successfully. Then the optical characters of as-synthesized nanomaterials were researched. According to the result of this experiment, this system should be applied to the other inorganic nanomaterials to get the uniform nanoparticles.3. Using laurylamine to control the solvothermal system, PbSe nanoparticles, ZnSe nanotubes and CdSe nanoparticles were synthesized successfully. Then the optical characters of as-synthesized nanomaterials were researched. Combined with the result of upper experiment, this system still needs to be improved and optimized.On the basis of above researches, the paper gets the conclusion that macrocyclic compounds such as calixarene can be used to control the synthesis of inorganic nanomaterials according to the mechanism, which supplies the new idea for the controlled synthesis of nanorods.
