Study On The Solvothermal Synthesis Of Nano-Sulfide, Nano-Selenide And Application Of The Related Materials

In this paper, several nano-sulfide and nano-selenide with special structure and morphology were prepared and characterized by TEM, SEM,XRD, EDS and XPS, respectively. The mechanism was proposed to explain the formation of the peculiar morphology and the application of the related materials in the tribological field was studied briefly at the same time.(1) In the presence of SUDEI, the mono-dispersed MoS₂ solid spheres with diameters of about 0.5²Î¼m were synthesized via solvothermal method in the mixture of ethanol and distilled water(V:V=1:1). The so-prepared products have excellent anti-wear and lubrication properties.(2) MoS₂ hollow spheres with diameter of about 200 ³00 nm were synthesized successfully through a solvothermal route using Cyanex 301 as sulfur source and surface modification agent in the mixture of ethanol and distilled water(V:V=3:1) at a low temperature 190 ℃. Compared with the literature, this approach has the advantages of the low reaction temperature, low cost and easy control of the reaction process.(3) In the presence of SUDEI, PbSe nanocrystals with different morphology have been synthesized via a solvothermal method in the medium of ethanol and distillated water(V:V=3:1). The optimum conditions for the preparation of PbSe were also discussed.(4) The application of the so-prepared MoS₂ solid spheres in the tribological field was studied briefly.
