The main parts in this thesis is divided into three parts: preparation and aggregation of gold particles in aqueous solution ;fabrication of gold nanoplate in organic solvent and change the shape by the addition of salt; as the unique character of gold nano-material, Fe/Au core-shell compound structure nanoparticles can be prepared in the reverse micelleUnder acidic condition , anilin acts the reducer to deoxidize Au3+ into Au0, and itself is oxidized into polymers, in certain concentration and temperature, the unique coincident structure of polymer and Au can be prepared; glu is a kind of little biomolecule, which can modify Au nanoparticles so that the line-aggregaton happens.As the development of material science, anisotropic crystal exhibits different characters during the grow process, in organic solvent, micre-nanoplate is created by the driven of heat, during this process, Ostwald ripening plays an unique role. Also in experiment , we can find that the addition of anion influences the shape .Gold is a very useful material with steady chemistry character, also it processes good bio-consistent character.
