A Study On Corrosion Factor And Mechanism In Hubuzhai Gas Field

HuBuZhai gas field is the second biggest gas field in ZhongYuan oil field, it Laysat the link-rage of wen-wei, to the north of Dong Pu bulge in the middle of care in sink, and it is a gas field which hasdeep-hiddened, Low-omosis and compact in-keeping-bed,morebreak,uneven strength bedded rock. It was ascertained owning 8.5 km²gasarea, 33.37×10⁸m³ reserves. There are 13 gas wells in producing up to the end of 2002, and produce 270 thousands m³ gas perday.Corrosion reaction enhances gradually along with time and rate of total oil pro-Duced to OOIP enlarging in HuBuZhai gas field. deail studay on CO₂, H₂ and erosion and their reacting temperature,PH value and flowing speed reveals that no O₂ and microbial corrosion exist in this gas field,corrosion from H₂S is relatively small,while acid corrosion from CO₂ is the main facter. High productionrate and high gas flowing velocity enhance acid corrosion and tem-perature has relatively large effects on corrosion speed.CO₂ is decided to be main one among corrosion factors after study. The research was done from eight aspects aiming at the corro- sion characters of HuBuZhai gas re-servor. The result of research shows with respect to corrosion tubing in some wells, corrosion speed is in direct proportion with the pressure of production gas. Corrosion speed gets faster as the increase of CO₂ consistence and it reaches maximum,maintains at one high level when CO₂ consistence is satu- rated.higher temperature,higher corrosion speed Tubings corrosion speed is fast as daily water prodnction is in 0.5—2.3 m³. Normally, Higher salinity,higher corrosion speed. Howerer,corrosion speed can go do-nw with the inorease of salinity when salinity is above 35682mg/L.The ratio of oil and water can influence corrosion speed. with the increment of gas production as it is over 5.6×10⁴ m³/d corrosion speed gets faster.Higher medium flowing speed, Higher corrosion speed.We have choosed out the suitable anticorrosive medica to this gas field,and make out a suit of technology process for adding the anticorrosive medica,and we have achieved the satisfied anticorrosive results with the over 80 percent multiple anticorr-osion effect.
