There are many oil fields in the west of the No.9 production plant. And the fields have a small quantity of oil wells. The wells have low output, a long distance between each other and, and all alone one another. From its opening out and construction to today, there are many projecting questions and contradiction in the oil field surface gathering and transporting projects. The old oil fields starve for adjustment, rebuilding, planning as a whole, and programming, so as to improve the running load rate and adaptive ability of the system. While in some areas, many new fruitful blocks are put into production constantly. These made each system load rate continually augment.To satisfy the demand of the practice production, we open up the gathering and transporting system optimization software of the No.9 production plant. Starting form the theory, to choose the right investment and run safely in production, the software offers an exactly logical developing direction. It can be applied not only in the present production, but also in the continuous exploitation of the oil field. The software also can accurately direct oil fields on account of the blocks increased and decreased, and the variety of production.Gathering and transporting system of the NO.9 production plant is optimized and adjusted with the optimization software. Newly built fruitful block, that is to say Talaha Block, its production liquid should be gathered and transported by drawing. The liquid removes to Yingyi transfer station, then transports to Puxi united station, and arrives to Longyi united station by way of Guyi united station. Under the circs of transporting low watercut oil (4%), the most transporting oil abiliy of the pipeline from Puxi to Guyi united station is 586t/d. Longer united station is canceled the dehydration function and becomes a transfer station. Its aquiferous oil is transported to Longyi united station to dehydrate, and its pipeline of transporting depurative oil is ceased. The dehydration flow of Longyi united station is rebuilt. After adjustments, the load rate of transpoting oil system can reach 95.0%. That improves the pump efficiency of transporting oil. Aogula oil field cancelled Aoer transfer station and altered it to become a pump station of transporting oil and water admixture. Aoyi united station should establish a heater stove to transport liquid outwards.
