Influence of different adsorbent and modification method on sulfided of FCC diesel oil, especially on DBT is investigated. The experiment of adsorptive desulfurization for FCC diesel oil and DBT is carried, Determination the diesel oil sulfur content before and after desulfurization by ignite light method. Compared different adsorbents matrix for diesel oil and DBT desulfurization by static absorption experiment at normal temperature and atmospheric pressure. The results show that active carbon has the best desulfurization effect. Different metal ion modification for active carbon are studied, The results show that 5%(wt) Fe has the best modification effect. The effect of desulfurization modificating with furfural and furfural alcohol for activated corbon are studied by dynamic state absorption experiment, The results show that containing furfural and furfural alcohol can improve the activated corbon desulfurization effect. The effect of Thick H2SO4,thick HNO3 oxidation modification active carbon are studied, and Catalysts were characterized by Boehm method for modification active carbon, concludes that the desulfurization effect can be improved by increasing oxygen-containing groups content of active carbon surface acid. Then, the effect of different modification method combination on active carbon are studied, concludes that the adsorbents AC(H2SO4-5%Fe) oxidation modification by thick H2SO4 and modification by 5%(wt) Fe has the best desulfurization effect, desulfurization ratio is 100% for DBT,. desulfurization ratio is increased 25% for FCC diesel. In the experiment, the effect of model solvent and adsorption temperature on desulfurization are studied, the results show that temperature has a little effect on desulfurization, solvent viscosity has great effect on desulfurization, the great viscosity the worse desulfurization. Last, the effect of three regeneration method for adsorbent AC(H2SO4-5%Fe) on desulfurization are studied, the results show that regeneration by water vapour at 600℃for 4h and regeneration by benzene 24h are better, the desulfurization capability can renew basically.
