Nowadays, while significant increase oil production have been achieved by ASP (alkaline, surfactant, polymer) flooding in Daqing oil-field, alkaline ,surfactant cooperate with polymer in produced liquid have resulted in tight emulsion. That's cause great troubles in surface oil-water separation processes. So many researches about effect- factors on the oil-water separate properties of the ASP flooding produced liquid must be found, and the mechanism must be study. Now some researches have been developed that focused on the emulsification mechanism or the demusification mechanism of ASP flooding produced liquid with import-alkyl benzene sulfona in a few universities and oilfields, and have achieved some conclusions. On the base of the conclusions about ASP flooding produced liquid with import–alkyl benzene sulfona, it's important to study the effect-factors and the mechanism about the oil-water separate of ASP flooding produced liquid with local product–alkyl benzene sulfona.In this paper, interfacial tension of ASP flooding produced liquid was determined by K12 interfacial tension instrument and DVT-10 dynamic interfacial tension instrument of Krüss , and Zeta potential was determined by Zetaplus potential analyzer of Brookhaven, and viscidity was determined by RS100 rhepmeter of HAAKE, oil droplet were tested by 1064L laser oil droplet granuliarity meter of CILAS.The conclusions were as flows.The mainly factors that affect oil-water separation of ASP flooding produced liquid is alkali, surfactant, polymer and sheering stress. The more alkali, surfactant, polymer and sheering stress ,the more oil-water emulsification. The mainly factors that affect oil-water emulsification of ASP flooding produced liquid is alkali, surfactant cooperate with polymer, impurity and sheering stress.The content of water–in-oil will be increase with the alkali increase, and will be decrease with the surfactant increase, but no any change notability with polymer increase or decrease in the course of two-states separation. The content of oil–in-water will be increase with the surfactant increase, will decrease at the beginning then increase with the polyme increase, and will increase at the beginning then decrease with alkali increase in the course of two-states separation. Impurity affect oil-water state-separation manifest, and the effect is depend on varieties and dimension of the impurity.Sheering stress effect oil-water separation Property, because it will strengthen oil-water emulsification of produced liquid. So oil droplet more uniformity, emulsion more tight.
