In this paper, separation property and processing technology of drained backwash water in ASP flooding produced water are studied intensively. Long-term tracking and monitoring drained backwash water, a set of backwash wastewater treatment processing (form 5min, after 4min of the backwash treatment process model) is summed up.Through great indoor static experiments have been carried on, it is comprehensive understanding of water quality characteristics, separation property, stability mechanism, effect factors and treatment methods. It is in conclusion that: The viscosity and three components contents of drained backwash water are high, which makes wastewater further deteriorated and more difficulty to be treated . The best settling separation time is 8h. Three components concentration of drained backwash water have affected greatly on separation property, and the impact of polymer concentration is in particular, surfactant and alkali concentration are in second. The initial oil content, the initial oil bead size, pH, new mineral particle and salinity all have some influences on separation property of drained backwash water. Aeration to remove oil is the most effective. But centrifugal method to remove oil and suspended solids are the most remarkable. Formulation of the best fresh water filter is screened to effectively remove contaminants.A backwash wastewater treatment line based on the conclusion of experiments and combined with the existing water treatment technology is initially summed up. The drained backwash water is in turn gone into pre-separation system, dose mixed responsing system, mud and water separation systems, sludge dewatering system.Testing medium-sized tester on the spot, the mature backwash wastewater treatment technology is researched. On the understanding that initial oil content is 450.39mg/L and initial suspended solids content is 297.57mg/L, drained backwash water first is entered transfer reserve tank, effective residence time is 4h. The removal of oil in outlet water is 33.9%, but suspended solids have no significant changes. The wastewater added in shimizu agent second is entered mud and water separation system, in which oil content is not detected, suspended solid content is dropped to 39.8%, and the rate of water content of effluent sediment is dropped to 98.4%, which is high. The wastewater last is entered the centrifuge device. Oil content of outlet water is 76.16mg/L, suspended solid content is 186.7mg/L, which meets with recycling standard. The rate of water content of effluent mud is dropped to 81.3%,and mud cake can be formed and transported.
