As the resource of life, the shortage of the water became a serious problem all over the world. In order to save it, recycled water is popular used among the process of industry. To appraise the effect of kinds of water-treatment instruments on the market and let the consumer easy to choose and use, a on-line monitoring device for the water-treatment effect, which based on the fouling monitoring model, had been researched by Prof. Yang Shanrang. It can appraise the Scale-Inhibiting performance of all kinds of water-treatment technique. Experimental tested and improved during several years, the device has the good effect on performance-cost ratio in our country. But the further development of the device function and the effect of on-line monitoring corrosion inhibitor performance are the main purpose of our teams. And when we analyzed the experiment data, we found that some fouling resistance time series are chaotic. That the temperature of fouling sedimentary (the water temperature around the experimental tubes) is one of the important reasons of this phenomenon had been found by research. To solve these problems, an on-line monitoring system for mental corrosion and a water temperature control system had been developed.This paper adopts electrochemical measuring method based on the linear weak polarization. With the circuits, it can successfully achieve the on-line measurement and real-time data display of the corrosion rate and polarization resistance on the platform of Delphi7.0. It simulates the temperature field distribution of the experiment tube environment and set a few temperature measurement points. The fuzzy control and PID control method had been used and the effect of simple PID control algorithms and fuzzy control algorithms had been compared in the experiment. It is showed that the effect of our device is better than the former, and the measurement accuracy of this device had been further raised.
