Water resources as a strategic resources and important natural resources, plays animportant role in safeguarding national security and social stability. With the progressof the society, the new decentralized wastewater treatment method came into being.Now there are many methods which can be used for decentralized wastewatertreatment process. The SBBR method with a good quality of effluent, covers an areaof small, anti water quality impact load capacity has been widely used. In order tomake the decentralized wastewater continuous processing can be realized l, the use offuzzy PID control technology with automatic control technology make it possible.This paper is aimed at the decentralized wastewater treatment technology. Firstdetermine the reuse water quality standards as the goal of system control. Then choseSBBR as its process technology and introduce fuzzy PID control technology. Finally,establish a test device. In the analysis of SBBR process, confirm the DO is the keyprocess parameters. The Test equipment uses fuzzy PID control technology for DO.Before running, the test device get a lot of tests.The control system uses Siemens S7-200PLC as its main controller and use thefuzzy PID as its control technology. Their combination can make the system not onlyhad the characteristics of the agility and adjust ability, but also ran high accuracyresulting from the PID control systems.In the project application, the paper illustratesthe method how a Fuzzy PID Controller is used in the Siemens S7-200PLC, and thesteps to implement the fuzzy control function in the programming software step7.After the test device running, the paper get the conclusion that:the Fuzzy-PID controlmethod can remove the integral saturation and reduce the overshoot in the largeextend. It improves the system control quality. The test equipment system uses fuzzyPID control technology is feasible.
