Furfural is a very important the raw chemical material.The raw material which can produce furfural is the waste material of agriculture by-product forestry such as corncob and maize straw. Our countries have abundant agriculture resources, which supply furfural product with material bast, consequently, the exporting and output of furfural are seniority among many countries in the world.Seting up from economical results.It is necessary that furfural be deep processed.Furoin was synthesized with furol as raw material in the presence of VB1 as a catalyst. Then Furoin differently reaction with Acetyl chloride(I), lauroyl chloride(II), Benzoyl chloride(III),α-Furoyl chloride(IV) and 3-α-Furyl acryloyl chloride(V), respectively; corresponding to the monoester compounds of Furoin were synthesized with pyridine as a catalyst and solvent under the water bath at a temperature of 30~40℃. The yield of I, II, III, IV and V were measured in Furoin is differently 97.3%, 96.5%, 97.0%, 95.4% and 94.3%. II, IV and V of them are new monoester compounds of Furoin. By characterization with elementary analysis, Mass spectrum and 1H NMR, the structural formula of target products were distinctively demonstrated.the monoester compounds of Furoin can be changed into some new compounds as 2-substituted-4,5-di-(α-furyl)oxazole under ammonium acetate and acetic acid. By characterization with IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemently analysis, the structural formula of target products(a e) were distinctively demonstrated. Then (a~e) were observed with UV and fluorescence spectrum, simply researched the change of luminescent effect(a~e) with substituent group.The molecular structural formula because of their structure characteristics with furan-ring, benzene-ring and oxazole-ring. These compound are very useful to medicine, peticide, antirot material, plasticizer, macromolecular material etc. The application of these synthesized compounds has yet to be exploited in the future.
